Those Quick Time Pro's were going to be my first choice but decided on the M/T ET Street Drag Radial .mine are smaller as I'm only running a 275/60-15. I ran the hoosier quick time pros 28x11.5-15,m/t et streets,and m/t et street radials and the hoosiers hooked the best and its a bias ply tire so it means less rotating mass.Now since I will have the minitubes im going to run a 29x10.5-15w slick till I get the right size wheels then I will step up a size. Likely, you could push 28" tires, if your clutch is up to it, and I think slicks are what you really need.

ET Streets vs Hoosier Quick Time Pros. Driving on the ET Drags is no different than the ET Streets.

I run 31 x 18.5/15 Hoosier QTPs on the street and can still spin them through 3rd. Those Quick Time Pro's were going to be my first choice but decided on the M/T ET Street Drag Radial .mine are smaller as I'm only running a 275/60-15, Thats the tire I run on my 66 small block truck. I would go with the MT drag radials.

I will need as much traction as possible so I wanna buy the better tire in this case! I currently use the Mickey Thompson ET Street's and they really help tame my Mopar when I really get into the 850 double pump Holley. Looking for some experienced users to give me some guidance. I didn't see any mention of M/T by the OP. He gained darn near a 3/4" on the tread,and only 1/4" on Hoosier quick time pro or Mickey thompson et streets are what you're looking for. What type of driving?

It's basically a 33x17 -15 slick and DEAD HOOKS with 9.75psi to 1.44 sixtys / 10.4's @ 120's in my junk.
